The SO-2054 motor coupler is used to couple the motor output shaft with the gearbox input shaft on all LG series landing gear and certain slide out systems that use a GR-1201 and GR-1206 gearbox assembly.

The motor coupler has a stepped bore of 1/2" on one side and 5/8" on the other.   Originally designed with slots on both ends of the coupler, it now has slots on one end and drilled holes on the other to attach the coupler to the motor shaft with an LG-42 shear pin.  (See P-167)

The motor coupler now replaces the clutch coupler found on certain LG series landing gear manufactured by RBW Industries.
