The CSO-5013W 12 tooth gear is found attached to the end of the motor shaft on certain slide outs. This gear does have the hex attached that is used to operate the manual over-ride on certain slide out systems.
The CSO-5013W can be found on the motor used on certain chassis mounted gear rack slide out systems.
